Interim management | Leadership as a Service
As interim executive, I integrate with the organization I'm assigned to lead. My aim is to bring out the best of the leadership team and the organization. I engage people, listen and reflect, help to clarify and focus, empower and enforce decisions. Clear results usually show shortly into the assignments.
I act as interim CEO/COO, Business Director, strategic CFO and change leader in the following situations:
The company needs strengthened strategic leadership to renew itself - culture lift, growth, strategic progress, merger integration, turnaround or transformation.
The company needs to prepare for fundraising or M&A and needs leadership to build trustworthiness, a defendable valuation and to run a professional process.
The company needs to fill a temporary leadership gap to ensure continuity while reaching important milestones.
Interim assignments can be on a part-time or fulltime basis and also vary along the assignment depending on the specific situation and needs.
My aim is to reach targeted and sustainable results, while in true interim management spirit, make myself gradually redundant - that way bringing maximum value to my clients.
The fee is agreed based on the requirements, targets and duration of the assignment and can include value based and risk sharing elements if applicable.
